The 30 days of thanksgiving

In my family we celebrate thanksgiving the whole month of November, a fine tradition. We have different themes, (Tex-Mex thanksgiving and the like), I am personally responsible for the New York Times thanksgiving. My mom kicked off the festivities quite nicely. Baked squash and green beans, cornish hens, wild rice, and polenta cake with a blood orange glaze. I’ll be danged if my family doesn’t have its priorities straight.
